Right on beach and in the middle of action yet the house and especially pool area is very secluded and quiet. House was more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Downstairs is a totally separate living area which can be nice depending on the makeup of your group but not a place to leave young kids alone since it is not connected at all to the main house.
The attention to detail in this house was exceptional! From the beautiful landscaping to the extremely comfortable furniture, this house was by far the nicest one we've stayed at!
Nice selection of games! Nothing was broken. Beach access was easy to navigate. Pool was refreshing and secluded. Would definitely want to stay here again!!

Very nice. Very clean. Our family had a great time. We didn’t like one of the bedrooms being accessible only through the garage area.
We stayed at Utopia for a much needed family vacation and it was Utopia. After a day it felt like home. The privacy was devine,as was the pool area. The large livingroom was a treat with all the comfortable furniture to gather on. This a beautiful home worth coming back to again.
Utopia was an excellent place for us to stay as a family of 6 with a baby in tow! Plenty of space for everyone to relax with lots of extra bedrooms and lounge space. The views are amazing and being right on the beach is so great. WiFi was quick and worked seamlessly. We had a problem with the heat one day and within 5 minutes they had dispatched someone to fix the problem on a Sunday morning. It was fixed within an hour of us reaching out - truly incredible response time (on the Sunday before Christmas no less!). We will definitely be back!
This is one rental we would stay in again. The living room was huge and very comfortable. The main bedroom provided privacy and great space. Newer appliances, comfortable outdoor furniture, and relatively easy check in. The location can't be beat. Beach was great for little kids as there were always wading pools and it was very quiet in the offseason. Really good experience.
Beautiful home. The view was gorgeous. We enjoyed our vacation and for the 1st time ever was not ready to come home. This was home away from home.

We stayed with another family at this great property on the beach. Location was a short half mile to Main Street, so far enough to be away from the noise of the center of town, but close enough to be walkable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was a nice getaway when we needed a break from the beach. The deck was also a great place to relax and watch the ocean and enjoy the breeze. Would definitely stay again!
This home is nothing short of spectacular! It’s absolutely stunning! Everything from the kitchen to the pool is perfect! We felt like we were in the Caribbean at a resort! Bravo to the owners! See you next year!
Perfect location! Within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do, and there is a ton to do in North Myrtle Beach. The beach is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The house was super nice. We had plenty of space, everything was clean and well maintained, and the property management team was easy to work with.
