Description
This is a family rental property in a quiet residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The luxury and elegancy of Landshark will take your breath away! This North Myrtle Beach, SC oceanfront luxury beach house has 4,400 heated square feet. It is the perfect vacation getaway for church retreats, a family reunion, multi-families and business retreats.
Landshark has two oceanfront master bedrooms and a total of eight bedrooms and seven and one half baths, and includes a washer and dryer. The third floor has a large oceanfront view game room with a Ms. Pacman arcade game, a card table and a foosball table. The well equipped kitchen is so inviting and has stainless appliances, including two refrigerators. Granite counters and a breakfast bar look out to a large dining area with a view of the ocean. Throughout Landshark are flatscreen CVs, Blu-ray/DVD/WIFI combo and WIFI (Gig speed with mesh network).
Landshark incorporates fun from top to bottom. The backyard has a 15x30 outdoor pool and two balconies facing the ocean. Sunrise to sunset, everyone can take in the ocean breeze and the beauty of North Myrtle Beach, SC while sitting out on the balconies. Brainstorming, goal setting, and creativity has infinite possibilities when surrounded by such natural harmony!
The extended backyard of Landshark is the wide sandy beach where a morning run, evening stroll and competition sand sculptures await you! The beach invites you to be a kid and play hard or relax big.
From gourmet restaurants to oceanside snack shacks, they all say they have the best food in town! It is your job to try them all and report back! North Myrtle Beach, SC has world class golfing. Coming here for the last 10 years it’s been amazing. The house is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful and being right there on the beach is absolutely a great week of activity.
The Land Shark has been the best beach house we’ve rented in many years. It met all our needs and expectations. Hope to return someday soon. The beach erosion was quite a disappointment but that can’t be helped. The beautiful weather made up for the beach issue. The reduced price was the final deciding factor for coming this week making it possible for younger couples to join us. . We Sincerely appreciate your beautiful Land Shark beach house
Very nice house we loved it!
All seems ok except air conditioner
Enjoyed our time at Landshark with 3 of our 4 grown children and 9 of our 13 grandchildren. They swam in the pool and the ocean, flew kites, found shells and so much more. As seniors we enjoyed watching them and the beautiful scenery. We rented a reclining lift chair for my husband to use so he could sleep comfortably too. In the future you might want to consider installing grab bars in a few of the showers to help with balancing in the shower. Thank you for maintaining a nice vacation property.
It would be excellent to have a powder room at the pool level.

This was definitely my favorite place to stay in. We have been coming to the beach for over 15 years for Christmas and we try to come adleast a couple more times throughout the year, but Landshark was the best. It had everything that we needed. The only thing I would change is the dinning room chairs. We had a couple elderly people and the chairs didn’t work for them and we couldn’t find a can opener, but we made it work. I wasn’t for sure about this Christmas being that we lost our mom a few months ago, but believe it or not this house made Christmas better than I thought it was going to be. Thank you to the owners. We will definitely be back sometime next year.
Great time!
The house gave us, 7 couples, plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the air conditioner going out, but called management and a service person was sent out that night. The kitchen was well stocked. Outside grill was in good shape. Pool was wonderful. The elevator helped tremendously for getting luggage and groceries up. Very nice location, plenty of parking spaces, and easy access to the beach.
We had a wonderful stay at The Landshark. It was perfect for our multi-generational family beach trip. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. We will be back!

Very Very Nice and a great location
Suggestion: For families renting with small children, it would be nice to have a gate at the top of the stairs on the back deck. It would be more enjoyable for the adults! We did have a great time and we would rent again just not with small children with us.
It was a very easy process, check in was a breeze! Communication with management was wonderful and done in a timely manner!
