I am now considering renting for my family after the great stay we had with friends.
We loved this house, thanks for a great vacation!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Cottage. This was our groups 2nd year staying in this house. we were disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning. The pool gate was also broken, which is a huge safety concern.
The location is wonderful. Our room was nice.
Great place for a large group, especially with kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Beach access steps away. Parasailing and beach chair rentals right in front of house. Well stocked large kitchen made meals a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

5 star property!
Beautiful oceanfront large home. Group of 12 ranging from 3yo to 82yo. The elevator was perfect for our mobility challenges elders. Large gathering space and kitchen area. Showing some wear and tear but as expected. Property management was quick to respond with a minor repair that needed to be done. Overall a wonderful week!
Coconut Cottage was a great place for our group of 14 former college teammates. The place was clean and spacious. Pretty well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for the most part, a few were too soft, but overall good. The elevator was helpful since we are “mature adults, so taking luggage and supplies in the elevator was great. Plus, we had some people with mobility issues. Would definitely look in to staying here again!
